Costumes and props must allow safe movement and must not obstruct other guests.

Terms & Conditions

  1. 1The participant consents to Aldar Retail collecting their registration information and using event photos and videos for promotional purposes.
  2. 2The maximum performance duration is 2 minutes. Performances exceeding the allotted time may be stopped or disqualified at the judges' discretion.
  3. 3Participants wishing to use custom background music must submit their music track to the event organizers at the venue at least two (2) hours before the competition begins. Failure to do so may result in the use of default background music.
  4. 4All music must be family-friendly and must not contain offensive, explicit, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or content.
  5. 5Costumes, props, and performances must be suitable for a family-friendly public event and must not contain offensive, hateful, discriminatory, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate content. Any costumes deemed inappropriate may result in disqualification from participation on the same day.
  6. 6All props must be safe and must not pose any risk to participants, event staff, or spectators.
  7. 7The use of any weapons, open flames, pyrotechnics, smoke effects, lasers, liquids, explosives, or any hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
  8. 8Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all instructions issued by event staff and organizers throughout the competition.
  9. 9Aldar Retail reserves the right to refuse entry, disqualify, or remove any participant from the event for misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions or any event rules and regulations.

By registering at the venue, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and all instructions from event staff.
